ABOUT OUR PRESENTERS
Liz Dorney-Wilcox, Director of Executive Development at AbbVie, leads the design and delivery of AbbVie’s key talent and executive level leadership development solutions. Prior to joining AbbVie, Liz spent six years at Bank of America as the Senior Vice President, Executive Development Programs. In that capacity, she led the design and delivery of global leadership development programs for senior leaders and executives across the bank. Before joining Bank of America, Liz was with Dell, Inc. where she led the Sales Training function for the US sales force. Prior to Dell, Liz spent 14 years at the General Electric Company. She served in multiple roles, including 3 years as a Program Manager, at the John F. Welch Leadership Development Centre at Crotonville. Liz holds an undergraduate degree in history from Fordham University.
Maria “Sully” Sullivan, Managing Director of Leader Development Consulting at Robert Gregory Partners, is charged with building the RGP’s leadership development practice nationally and globally. Her career spans 29 years as senior manager, mentor and coach in the legal and financial fields. She spent the last half of that at Deloitte, first managing the firm’s internal coaching team of 60 coaches and, subsequently, its external 50-coach panel. She also designed and managed the high-potential leader development programs for Deloitte’s 3,000 U.S. partners.
Bob Drovdlic, MSSA, Managing Partner at Robert Gregory Partners, focuses on all aspects of client coaching management and coaching philosophy at RGP. For nearly 20 years, he has coached executives at the highest levels of large, global companies. His experience at the vice president and C-suite level is deep and broad across industries, including healthcare, logistics, Big Four accounting firms, manufacturing, financial services and gaming/hospitality. Before his career in executive coaching, he worked as a mental health clinician, serving some of the most difficult clinical populations. His clinical experience has helped Bob work effectively with the most challenging personalities in his executive coaching assignments.
