Coaching and Assessment Experience
Amie brings more than 20 years of experience in individual and organizational coaching, assessment and development to the clients of Robert Gregory Partners. She has worked with a multitude of clients across a variety of industries, both within the U.S. and globally, including retail, energy, technology, financial services technology, healthcare, automotive, insurance and restaurant.
Amie combines strong business insight with professional psychological expertise in her work. She honed her expertise working as both an external consultant and internal corporate executive for a diverse set of organizations. She held consulting positions with three global management consulting firms, working extensively in the areas of individual executive assessment, 360 feedback, personality research and evaluation and hi-potential and at-risk individual and team coaching. As an internal corporate executive, she developed integrated talent management systems encompassing recruiting, assessment, selection, onboarding, performance management, training and development. She also designed, implemented and managed leadership and board development and improvement initiatives.

Amie earned her doctoral degree in industrial/organizational psychology from Texas A&M University. She holds a bachelor of arts in business and psychology from Concordia University. She is certified or authorized to administer Hogan instruments, Hogan, PDI, DDI, The Booth Company, Lominger, Myers-Briggs and Kilman.
