Bethany has nearly 25 years of experience in executive coaching, leadership development, and shaping organizational cultures. She works with leaders to help them gain new insights that accelerate their success and enable them to grow. She has significant experience developing C-suite leaders and their teams during times of change and transformation.
Bethany works with companies of all sizes across a variety of industries including healthcare, technology, retail, financial services, insurance, consumer products/ packaged goods, manufacturing, and non-profit. She leverages proven instruments and approaches to help leaders and their teams become more successful. She helps leaders at all levels turn insights into actions – learning new skills that enable them to lead themselves and others even more effectively.
Business and Career Background
Bethany worked in Fortune 200 executive roles for more than two decades. She was responsible for enterprise-wide leadership development, executive coaching, team development, employee engagement, shaping organizational cultures, performance management, succession planning, and offsite facilitation. She has significant experience helping C-suite leaders identify and articulate their teachable points of view and then teach those lessons to others. She created and led executive onboarding programs to accelerate new executives’ assimilation. She has conducted team interventions and workshops for hundreds of leaders and has coached leaders and their teams on issues related to their professional and team development.
Education and Certifications
Bethany received her masters and doctorate in Industrial/ Organizational Psychology from the Ohio State University and her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Colgate University.
Bethany is a certified executive coach with the International Coaching Federation. She is credentialed to conduct and debrief a variety of individual, team, and organizational assessments including the Hogan Assessment Systems, Emotional Intelligence 2.0, MBTI, HBDI, and various 360 feedback instruments.
