Coaching and Facilitation Experience
Dannielle partners with clients to help them develop their leadership talent. She has coached director-level and above leaders as well as front-line managers. Dannielle has also designed and delivered a variety of leadership development experiences for private sector and non-profit clients.
Specific coaching areas in which Dannielle has extensive experience and interest include performance improvement, new manager / leader assimilation and leading change. Clients leverage her coaching expertise to augment strategic executive and leadership development programs within organizations. Dannielle’s coaching clients have included the National Science Foundation, Booz Allen Hamilton, Medifast, IBM, Kaiser Permanente, DeVine Consulting, Inc, Intelsat and Starwood Hotels. She has a long-standing relationship with the CALIBR Leadership Development Network where she serves as a coach to Black senior leaders.
Dannielle has facilitated customized leadership development and team effectiveness experiences for a variety of organizations such as Pepco Holdings, Inc., National Urban League and Baruch College. She also has a wealth of experience in with workstyle assessments, which previous clients have used to improve team performance and collaboration across their organizations.
Business and Consulting Experience
Dannielle has almost 20 years of professional experience, which includes 10 years of coaching senior leaders. She started her professional career in the San Francisco Bay Area with Gap, Incorporated where she served as the program manager of a global leadership development program. Dannielle spent 8 years supporting human capital transformation projects as a consultant with IBM and Booz Allen Hamilton. She developed her federal government experience at Booz Allen Hamilton with clients such as the Department of Commerce, Office of the Director of National Intelligence and the United States Mint.
Dannielle was most recently an internal consultant with Marriott International where she advised leaders on organization redesign and change management strategies.
Education and Certification
Dannielle holds a Master of Science degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from San Jose State and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Hampton University. She holds the credential of ACC with the International Coach Federation. She is proficient and certified in Leadership Circle Profile, HayGroup – Emotional and Social Competency Inventory (ESCI), HayGroup – Inventory of Leadership Styles (ILS), HayGroup – Organizational Climate Survey (OCS), Birkman Method and DiSC.
