Coaching and Business Experience
Dianne brings 24 years of experience in driving business and leader transformation through executive coaching, consulting, and senior HR roles. She has coached and partnered with leaders at all levels, from mid-level managers to C-suite executives, to develop their effectiveness as leaders and implement innovative business solutions.
As a consultant for over 12 years with a big four firm and another 12 years in executive HR roles, Dianne gained experience across many industries including retail, CPG, telecommunications, high tech and professional services/consulting. Her functional expertise includes HR, IT, Sales, Merchandising, Product Development and other corporate support functions. Dianne’s experience in building leaders and implementing major organization change gives her unique insight to the challenges facing today’s executives. She spent many years coaching and advising executives on business solutions, talent strategies, and personal effectiveness.
Dianne leads the Talent Management function for a specialty luxury retailer, where she owns the development and delivery of all talent solutions, including learning, organization and leadership development, performance management, change management and succession planning. She serves as an advisor to the Senior Executive Team, including the C-suite, on talent strategy, OD and change management. In previous roles, Dianne specialized in helping executive teams design and implement major workforce shifts, including IT and HR transformations, restructures, technician workforce upgrades, and change management for a variety of large scale initiatives.

As a coach, Dianne acts as a thought partner to guide emerging and experienced senior leaders in assessing and identifying critical insights and changes that will boost their effectiveness and results. Dianne is focused on goal setting with her clients to drive improved business outcomes, while gaining new insights about their personal strengths and opportunities. She focuses on helping leaders abandon patterns and behaviors that are not serving them, drive accountability in their teams, and build new habits that elevate their leadership abilities.
Education and Certifications
Dianne graduated from the University of Texas at Austin McCombs Business School with a B. B. A. in Management and a concentration in I/O Psychology. She is certified in MBTI and EQ-i 2.0, and has experience with many different leadership and personality assessments, including Hogan, DISC, CPI 260, and Birkman. She is certified through the College of Executive Coaching and is also certified in Neuroleadership through the Neuroleadership Institute.
