His keen eye for talent and strategic staffing capabilities was well leveraged across all the L Brands businesses. He ultimately led the corporate reorganization and reinvestment initiative of one of those businesses, Victoria’s Secret.
Most recently, he led HR for a privately held coordinated healthcare services provider. As a member of the executive team, he leveraged his experience to help the business grow by close to 50% in 18 months.
