Jane is an accomplished IT executive turned leadership coach, drawing upon a successful 25-year career at Pfizer, a $50B Fortune 500 pharmaceutical company operating in more than 50 countries. She is recognized as a strategic leader with a proven history of building high-performance teams and driving meaningful business results.

Jane is engaged in leadership development at all levels, positively impacting the careers of hundreds of talented IT professionals. She has advised and worked closely with CEOs, CIOs, VPs, Directors, Managers, and entry-level colleagues. Her areas of focus include leadership development, building and managing high performing teams, effective communications to executive leadership teams, and navigating complex and challenging environments. She is particularly focused on cross-functional and cross-generational leadership, enabling insights and connections that empower leaders to learn from each other. She has created successful programs to hire and develop entry-level talent and is dedicated to fostering interest in STEM careers in local high schools.

Jane is now focused exclusively on giving back to the IT community through mentoring and coaching to unlock the full potential of current and future leaders by uncovering their authentic leadership style.

Business and Career Background
Jane has over 25 years of real-world experience as a leader in Pharma and Information Technology, with expertise in Digital Workplace, IT Mergers and Acquisitions, and Infrastructure. At Pfizer, Jane led the technology elements of over $160 billion worth of Business Development transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, licensing partnerships, and hundreds of collaborations. She developed the vision and strategy for the Digital Workplace experience and deployed Microsoft 365 to more than 120,000 workers, completing the transition in December 2019, just in time to enable a global workforce to maintain effectiveness during COVID pandemic work from home orders.

Jane has designed and implemented large-scale global organizational change management efforts and has real-world expertise in helping executives with change leadership. She has delivered millions in cost savings by simplifying processes and cross-training operations staff, resulting in increased productivity and improved customer service.

Education and Certifications
Jane holds a Bachelor of Science in Biology from University of California, San Diego. She is proficient in the Basadur Profile, Calling Cards, MBTI, and various 360 feedback instruments. She is a facilitator with the Society of Information Management Regional Leadership Forum (RLF) and a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) with the Project Management Institute. Born in England, raised in California, and now living in New England, Jane has done business with individuals and teams in all regions of the world. Jane is Hogan certified.
