John has over 25 years of experience as a business leader, executive coach and trusted consultant. He has facilitated over 40,000 coaching sessions through 100 business verticals in over 125 countries. John has primarily worked with C-Suite and VP-level professionals at Fortune 500 companies in a variety of industries, including professional services, healthcare, entertainment, aerospace and defense, energy, manufacturing, technology, telecommunications, transportation and public service.

Previously, John was a Quality Manager for over 45 executive coaches and was responsible for their coaching, training and mentorship. During this time, he oversaw a portfolio that exceeded $4M in annual revenue. John is also certified in over 20 leadership and coaching programs, which has allowed him to connect with an expansive and diverse audience.

John is a sought-after coach and consultant known for his ability to positively impact senior executive teams in the areas of leadership, execution, coaching implementation, and sales/business development. He works with teams worldwide and understands the diversity and complexity of the multinational ecosystem. Some of his clients include: IBM, Disney, Pfizer, Merrill Lynch, Ochsner Health Systems, Microsoft, Ford, Apple, Goldman Sachs, McKinsey, American Express, Deloitte, Lockheed Martin and many branches of the US Government including the Airforce, Marines, U.S. Coast Guard, Army, Navy Seals and Special Forces.

As an implementation coach and facilitator, John has managed multiple, complex leadership development and learning initiatives spanning multiple agencies within the federal government. He has developed and modified leadership programs and spearheaded responsive programs with measurable outcomes for thousands of participants. John has personally been mentored by and worked with world thought leaders that include Stephen R. Covey, Dr. Denis Waitley, and Jack Canfield. He is also certified in multiple organizational and individual assessments and has debriefed over 6,000 leaders with these instruments.

Education and Certifications
John earned a bachelors’ degree from Brigham Young University in Communication and Public Relations. He received a Certificate of Leadership from The Leadership Circle and is certified to administer the LPI 360 Profile and Manager Edition. He is familiar with and has utilized multiple assessment tools including the MBTI I & II, 7 Habits 360 LPI, Fundamental Interpersonal Relations Orientation-Behavior (FIRO-B), Emotional Quotient Inventory (EQ-i2.0), Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) and Winslow Career Development Profile.
