Jon brings more than 20 years of consulting and coaching focused on accelerating leader and organization performance for an array of Fortune 100 and medium-sized companies spanning financial services, retail, energy, healthcare and technology industries. He has worked with executives in positions ranging from founder, president, vice president and senior director to various management roles, in functions including marketing, merchandising, human resources, information technology, facilities management and health, environment and safety (HES).
Combining his own business experience with deep coaching, organization and interpersonal skills, Jon’s coaching focuses on improving leader effectiveness to build cross-functional change, developing organization and team capability and strengthening relationships, influence and communication skills. He combines strategic insight with actionable solutions grounded in business reality to help leaders navigate continually changing, complex environments and achieve results.

Jon has held leadership roles within both industry and external consultancies. Before entering coaching and consulting, he was an organization development leader at Levi Strauss & Co, where he designed and led global implementation of the company’s competency strategy. Before that, he served as external consultant with Accenture and Watson Wyatt coaching Fortune 100 company leaders and their teams through large-scale organization transformation, change management and employee engagement initiatives. His business experience also includes product management, P&L, operations responsibilities within Consumer Banking and Retail Industries.
Jon received his MBA in organization behavior and strategy from the Kellogg School of Management and holds a bachelor of arts in social psychology from Cornell University, where he graduated with honors. He holds a Professional Coaching Certification (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), is a certified Integral Coach through New Ventures West, a member of the ICF board of San Francisco and a volunteer business advisor for Pacific Community Ventures.
