Kelley has over 16 years of experience providing executive coaching and talent management solutions. She has been instrumental in the career success and growth for dozens of high-performing executives and emerging leaders in the hospitality, retail, healthcare, automotive and beverage industries. She has coached executives holding the job titles of CEO, President, CMO, VP, General Manager and Director.
Previously the Chief Diversity Officer and Head of Emerging Talent for JCPenney, Kelley was instrumental in linking business innovation with Inclusion and Diversity. Her leadership helped the retailer achieve strong rankings on the list of Top 50 Companies for Diversity by DiversityInc and the Human Rights Campaign Corporate Equality Index. She was also instrumental in helping the retailer achieve a 96% Net Promoter score for its college recruiting and retention programs.
Prior to joining JCPenney, Kelley spent 11 years in the hospitality industry in a variety of leadership roles at Accor Hospitality, a global hotel company with operations in more than 90 countries. At Accor, Kelley was responsible for corporate communications, publicity, crisis management, corporate social responsibility, talent development, diversity management and university relations. She began her career working for boutique advertising agencies specializing in consumer marketing and employment branding for various industries. She has held strategic advisory roles with several organizations, including the Latino Leadership Initiative at SMU Cox School of Business, University of Houston’s Hospitality Industry Diversity Institute and the University of Florida’s Miller Retail Center.

Kelley earned her BA from Texas Woman’s University. She is certified in the Hogan Suite of instruments and is a member of the International Coaching Federation.
