Kimberly is a strategic talent developer with over 20 years of experience in career and leadership development coaching. She has coached clients from varied backgrounds and industries including consumer packaged goods, financial services, technology, healthcare and nonprofit. She specializes in coaching leaders at the Director, VP and Senior VP levels.
As a Consultant, Kimberly has worked with a diverse group of clients including the American Management Association, Compass, Discover Financial Services, YMCA, State Farm Insurance and The University of Chicago. Kimberly’s leadership and career advice has been featured in Forbes, Barron’s, CNBC, Training Industry, Vogue and Moneyish.
Business and Career Background
Kimberly has extensive experience with executive and career coaching, leadership development, group facilitation, team building and conflict management. Her experience includes overseeing accelerated leadership development programs and rolling out a culture shaping process at Adtalem (formerly DeVry Education Group), an international, global education provider. Kimberly was also the Assistant Director of Career Services at University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business. There, she led a team of people responsible for career coaching, program planning and research resources for MBA students and alumni. She also led strategic planning for international alumni programming offered in Chicago, London and Singapore.
Kimberly is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and an official Forbes Coaches Council member. She is also an adjunct professor for the University of Wisconsin-Madison’s Distance Education Program and wrote a chapter of the book accompanying a new leadership certificate program launched by The American Management Association.

Kimberly holds a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Urbana, a Master of Social Work from the University of Illinois in Chicago, and a Doctorate of Education in Organizational Leadership from the Illinois School of Professional Psychology. She is certified in FranklinCovey’s 7 Habits of Highly Effective People, Project Management, and Speed of Trust.
