Kristen is an executive coach and sales consultant, serving leaders and individual contributors, to maximize their professional impact, results, and personal fulfillment. As a coach, Kristen utilizes a holistic approach and a variety of activities to facilitate goal-setting, exploration, action, evaluation, and celebration. She works with her clients to develop a clear understanding of what success will look like in each engagement to ensure development goals serve both the leader and the organization. She also works with clients in career transition due to a change in role or a change in the business. Kristen has worked with clients in a variety of industries, including manufacturing, educational technology, government agencies, financial services, and insurance. She has coached at professionals at various levels within these organizations.

As a consultant, Kristen draws from 20+ years of experience leading professionals in both inside and outside sales environments. Through her client interactions, Kristen identifies growth opportunities in structure, process, training, and talent. She delivers contextual training and consulting to fill in the gaps. Kristen is also an engaging presenter, delivering workshops focused on leadership effectiveness and talent retention.

Business and Career Background
Kristen has more than 25 years of business experience, including sales, sales leadership, marketing, coaching, and consulting. Before launching her practice, Kristen worked for Pearson Education for two decades, in both district and senior leadership sales roles. Over time, she built multiple teams of thriving professionals and amassed numerous awards for her performance. Also, while with Pearson, she created, from the ground up, an efficacy marketing program focused on the business, IT, and career disciplines.

Education and Certifications
Kristen is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation and is a Certified Master Coach through the Center for Coaching Certification. She is credentialed to administer and interpret the Hogan Personality Assessments. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Central Michigan University and is active in Vistage International, NAWBO, and Conway Center for Family Business.
