Coaching and Consulting Experience
Madelyn is an executive coach and leadership development consultant who helps executives and their teams improve their business results. She works with clients to develop high‐performing teams, manage organizational change, lead others effectively and widen their network and sphere of influence. She also coaches them on how to enhance their executive presence and personal brand. In addition, she helps leaders onboard to new roles to ensure that they transition effectively and land early wins.

Business Experience
Madelyn’s business experience includes management positions in healthcare, corporate education, real estate development and management consulting. She launched and managed Harvard Business Publishing’s virtual leadership development program, designing and delivering programs to more than 1000 global executives within a three‐year period.

Her client list spans a wide range of business categories including: education, healthcare, financial services, consumer products, media, construction, professional services and government. She has worked with leaders from India, China, Philippines, Africa, Europe and Latin America. Some of her clients include Brown‐Forman, Sitel, Cablevision, Anheuser‐ Bush, Harvard Business School, Graybar, Washington University School of Medicine, Northwestern Kellogg School of Management, SAP, Havas Media, National GeoSpatial Intelligence Agency, MasterCard and Deloitte.

Education and Certifications
Madelyn earned her BA in Economics from the University of Notre Dame and her MBA from Harvard Business School. She is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and is credentialed to conduct and debrief a number assessments including the MBTI, Hogan, Lominger Voices 360 and CareerLeader.
