Marty is a leadership coach specializing in coaching individuals at critical junctures in their careers and helping them to navigate the next steps in their professional journeys – whether it be preparing for a successful promotion within their current organization or making a successful transition to an opportunity in a new organization.

Marty spent the majority of her career as a Human Capital professional at PwC. In her most recent role, she created a leadership coaching program for high potential directors in the Tax practice who had aspirations to become partners, coaching nearly 100 individuals over a three-year period.

A professional playwright, Marty has also created and delivered presentations on effective storytelling in business settings.

Education and Certifications
Marty is a graduate of the University of Mary Washington and earned a Master’s degree in English from Georgetown University. She received her leadership coaching certification from Georgetown University’s Institute for Transformational Leadership and is a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) with the International Coach Federation. She is certified in the Leadership Circle 360 Profile.
