Peter has 17 years of international executive coaching experience working with a broad group of clients across multiple industries including financial (private equity, investment, corporate and retail banking), insurance, professional services (legal and consulting), petrochemical, creative, higher education, civil service, energy, defense, transport (marine aeronautics, land), manufacturing and healthcare. Peter has extensive experience providing leadership development and career transition coaching services and is focused on helping people build leadership capabilities. Whether they are experts or adjusting to new cultures, he provides them with the tools to strategically navigate uncertainties and build confidence. He has worked with candidates from a variety of countries and seniority levels ranging from divisional managers, one- and two-star military to global CEOs. An experienced executive education lecturer, he teaches across 8 top global business schools, having worked with over 6,000 business professionals.
As a leader, Peter has managed over 60 staff and shared multi-million dollar budget responsibilities. He has worked with global Fortune 500 companies and has an organizational change background in management consultancy to FTSE 100 companies with financial insurance & petrochemical sector backgrounds. His early career involved leading 500+ assessment/development centers along with the provision of talent management consultancy services to corporations. Peter is an Accredited APECS Executive Coach. He is certified in many assessments, including the Hogan Assessment suite, MBTI (Steps I & II), OPQ32, NEO PI-R, WAVE, WAVE 360, 16PF5, FIRO-B, HPI, Talent Q Dimensions, viaEDGE™, Strengths Scope, Morrisby, Me² and numerous 360° feedback and EQ tools. He is also former joint Chair of the Association of Career Professionals International ACPi (UK Network); Executive Member of Career Professional Alliance (over 7,000 members) and Founding Director of the Career Development Institute. He is a Registered Occupational Psychologist & Chartered Psychologist, and received his MSc in Organizational Psychology from City, University of London.
