Wendy is an executive coach with a diverse background that brings tremendous value and results to her clients. Wendy’s clients include CEOs, Partners, Directors, Vice-Presidents and Managers from industries that include financial services, manufacturing, distribution, and specialty networks.

Wendy taught in the University of Toronto’s Certificate in Applied Mindfulness Meditation. She has also been featured on such popular media as CTV News, CBC Radio, Canadian Business Online, Breakfast Television, USA Today and The Huffington Post.
Her most recent articles “Meditating at Work: A New Approach to Managing Overload” and “Mindfulness @Work: Reduce Stress, Increase Focus & Improve Results” were published in the Rotman School of Management magazine. Wendy is also the co-author of 365 Days of Gratitude.

Education and Certifications
Wendy has her Honours B.A. in Psychology from Western University, an M.B.A. from the University of Toronto, a Certificate in Adult Education and a license in Emotional Intelligence. She is also a Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) and an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation.
