Her role focuses on developing ongoing relationships with current and prospective clients to provide talent development and coaching solutions. She is also responsible for the firm’s outbound marketing efforts and virtual learning events.
Jennifer is a highly experienced sales and marketing professional with nearly 10 years experience working in the leadership development space, partnering with Fortune 500, non-profit, and education clients worldwide. She has worked with The Marcus Buckingham Company, El Camino Group, and keynote speaker Holly Dowling to strengthen organizations through executive coaching, strengths-based leadership, diversity/inclusion programming, high-potential development, and change management. Her past clients include Deloitte, Wells Fargo, Facebook, The Home Depot, Loyola Marymount University, Cathay Bank, and many others.
