Maria brings imaginative thinking, a strong business mind and significant experience in executive coaching and leadership development consulting to Robert Gregory Partners. Her career spans 27 years as senior manager, mentor and coach in the legal and financial fields. She spent the last half of that at Deloitte, first managing the firm’s internal coaching team of 60 coaches and, subsequently, its external 50-coach panel. She also designed and managed the high-potential leader development programs for Deloitte’s 3,000 U.S. partners. Maria specializes in designing and executing customized leader development programs that align with business objectives; identifying, assessing and developing high-potential leaders; building competency models for use in development, performance and succession management; and developing custom solutions for business pipeline and succession planning. She is a graduate of Dartmouth College with a double major in economics and geography.
Maria is the Managing Director for Leadership Development Consulting at Robert Gregory Partners. She is charged with building the firm’s leadership development practice nationally and globally.
