Greg Ruf, Managing Partner at Robert Gregory Partners

Greg is a highly successful entrepreneur with significant experience in online recruitment technology, talent management and executive recruiting. Over the past 23 years, he has launched five ventures, including Resume-Link, one of the first businesses to computerize the recruitment industry. After growing Resume-Link into a highly successful company, he sold it to BrassRing. Several years later, he co-founded MBA Focus, building upon his experience in online recruiting to again provide groundbreaking technological services to employers seeking to hire MBA graduates and alumni from the world’s top MBA programs. He also co-founded Data Management Consulting (DMC), a technical consulting firm in the data management, integration and intelligence area that maintained more than 40 consultants. He has been interviewed extensively by major business publications on global recruiting trends and has authored several white papers on this topic. Greg holds a bachelor’s degree in finance and economics from Bowling Green State University.

As a managing partner, Greg takes the lead role in business development, introducing the firm and its capabilities to clients. He also provides coaching in the areas of entrepreneurialism and business development.
