Maria is the managing director for leader development consulting at Robert Gregory Partners. She is charged with building the firms leadership development practice nationally and globally. Her career spans 27 years as senior manager, mentor and coach in the legal and financial fields. She spent the last half of that at Deloitte, first managing the firm’s internal coaching team of 60 coaches and, subsequently, its external 50-coach panel. She also designed and managed the high-potential leader development programs for Deloitte’s 3,000 U.S. partners.
Robert Drovdlic, MSSA
Robert brings significant experience in executive coaching to Robert Gregory Partners. Over the past 16 years, he has coached executives at the highest levels of large, global companies. His experience at the vice president and C-suite level is deep and broad across industries, including healthcare, logistics, Big Four accounting firms, manufacturing, financial services and gaming/hospitality. Before launching his career in executive coaching, he worked as a mental health clinician, serving some of the most difficult clinical populations. He was managing multiple treatment facilities before he was 30 years old. His clinical experience has helped Robert work effectively with the most challenging personalities in his executive coaching assignments. He holds a master’s degree in social administration from Case Western Reserve University. As a managing partner at Robert Gregory Partners, Robert will focus on all aspects of client coaching management and coaching philosophy.
